An Introduction

This will be my first entry into what I hope will be a long and successful blog.  First things first, my name is Wayne Morgan.  I am a 30 year old wine analyst living in Atlanta, who also happens to be very knowledgable in all things technology.  I am “That Guy” who everyone turns to asking questions about their new phone, their tablet, TV, computer, or anything else that has some sort of power source.  I am going to take this as an opportunity to address the multiple questions I receive per day, and answer them to all of the other people who also have similar questions.

I would say over 80% of Americans know virtually nothing about all of the technology that they own, or how to use it to the best of their ability.  This is where I come in.  It amazes me to no end how many people do not know some of the most basic functions of their smartphones.  To that point, most people barely use their phone in a way that would qualify it as smart in the first place.  I would like to help that.

I would take this as an opportunity to ask you to please feel free to ask me anything you would like about any technology or gadget that you may have.  I will do everything I can to answer all questions I receive as thoroughly, yet simply as possible.  Consider this Technology 101 in Laymen’s terms.

I will be one of the first to admit that I specialize in Apple, but on that note I have very extensive knowledge in Android, Windows, and all other forms of technology that are not Apple also.
